5.1 Shipping Overview

Kozmetyx TTL is committed to providing reliable and timely shipping services to ensure prompt delivery of your products.

5.2 Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of placing the order. The COD orders are first confirmed on call by Kozmetyx Sales Executive and is dispatched only after the confirmation from the customer. Prepaid Orders placed before 2 PM IST are dispatched on the same day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

5.3 Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

5.4 Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by location. For most locations within India, orders are expected to arrive within 5-7 business days after processing. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or shipping carrier delays.

5.5 Shipping Restrictions

Currently, Kozmetyx TTL only ships within India. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time.

5.6 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This number can be used to track your package through the carrier’s website.

5.7 Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Kozmetyx TTL is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages due to incorrect addresses provided at the time of order.

5.8 Shipping Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

1. What should I do if my package hasn’t arrived?
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team for assistance at support@kozmetyxttl.com

2. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible to update the shipping address. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address.

3. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within India.
